Industries served include, Investment Casting, Heat Treating, Forging, Incineration, Human and Animal Cremation. General Position Summary This position will work in a team environment within the steel fabrication department under the direction of the group leader, shop foreman or the production manager. This position will be responsible for fabricating structural steel products based on company supplied engineered drawings. Field work and limited travel may be required. General Job Responsibilities (Detailed List to be Supplied) • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches and interpret measurements • Study and interpret assembly instructions • Fabricate all company products (light and heavy gauge steels) Utilizing standard tools of the trade e.g. shears, grinders, saws, flame cutters, etc. • Ensure working environment is clean and safe • Assemble tools and materials required to complete job tasks • Participate in product development Prerequisites for Position • High School Diploma • Perform on site welding test • Valid driver’s license Compensation This is a full-time position with a competitive wage and benefit package that includes medical, disability, and life insurances, employer funding to H.S.A., employer matched 401(k) plan, paid holidays and vacation.
