Welder/ Fabricator

We are a custom metal fabrication shop and are currently looking for an experienced Shop/Field Installer for our San Carlos, CA location to help deliver quality and upscale products to our customers and add success to each project. Qualifications and Responsibilities: • Proficient in Welding – TIG, MIG, Flux Core in a variety of positions and materials (especially: bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper) • Extensive knowledge and experience with shop tools/machines (drill press, bandsaws, belt sanders, iron workers, Oxy-Acetylene torch, mill, hand tools etc.) • Read and interpret shop drawings and welding symbols • Use various measurement tools to validate your work • Provide feedback to management on design and process improvement • Problem solving • Work as a team by openly collaborating with fellow team members • Proactively communicate with management and other team members through verbal, email, text, & phone • Maintain shop equipment as required • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Forklift experience • Valid Drivers License and Clean Record • Must speak, read, write, English • May be required to preform field work Excellent salary and benefits after a 90 day probation period: including medical & vision, paid holidays, sick and vacation, and retirement plan.
