Welder - MIG

Position Summary We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join one of our valued clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding various metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality and durable welds. Responsibilities • Operate MIG welding equipment to fuse metal components. • Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. • Inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws. • Maintain welding equipment and ensure its proper function. • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Proven experience as a MIG Welder. 1-year • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. • Solid knowledge of welding safety procedures. • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Certification in MIG welding is a plus. Work Environment • Typically works in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. • May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, and varying temperatures. • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding helmets, gloves, and protective clothing.
