Join Our Team: Shop Welder & Fabricator At Precision Hydraulics, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the waste equipment industry, offering top-notch retail and industrial equipment repair and maintenance services. We are currently looking for Welders and Fabricators to join our team to repair balers, compactors, and other industrial equipment at our Norristown, PA based shop. This role involves working on hydraulics, basic electrical operations, and welding fabrication to ensure safe and efficient site operations. **Minimum Requirements: ** 1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. 2. 1-2 years of experience in compaction maintenance and repair 3. Proficiency with basic and advanced hand tools 4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and possess a mechanical background 5. Valid Fit-Test certification 6. Reliable transportation is required. **Essential Functions: ** • Conduct inspections, diagnostic tests, preventative maintenance, and repairs on various types of compactors and stationary equipment • Read electrical schematics and diagnose/repair electrical issues using single and three-phase AC voltage, including high-voltage electricity • Read hydraulic schematics and diagnose/repair hydraulic issues • Maintain knowledge of proper installation procedures for compactors and other stationary equipment • Perform or assist with installations, ensuring deadlines are met • Execute welding and fabrication tasks as needed • Accurately complete paperwork and enter data related to equipment repairs in a timely manner • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Perform other job-related duties as assigned **Company Culture: ** Our culture is described as customer service oriented, competitive, and growth oriented.
