Metal Fabricator Job Summary -2401 Avenue J Ste 201 Arlington Tx 76006 Rachel-214-609-0616 Our company is seeking a Metal Fabricator with shearing and grinding experience. In this role, you will cut metal parts and fit or assemble them into structures, such as stairs, ladders, and columns. It is essential to fabricate these parts according to technical blueprints, so you must use measuring tools to check your work. This job requires physical stamina as well as basic math and reading skills. Applicants must have experience fitting and welding steel, preferably in a manufacturing environment. All applicants must be able to pass a drug test. Metal Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities • Fabricate steel and other metal parts according to blueprints • Lay out cutting lines • Use measuring tools to inspect work • Fit fabricated steel items • Maintain tools and equipment • Maintain a safe workplace Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: • Dallas, TX 75212: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: • Welding: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
