Welder/Fabricator

## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. ## Duties - Weld metal components using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding - Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints - Fabricate metal structures including ductwork and piping systems - Operate machinery such as press brake machines and machining tools - Perform pipe threading, soldering, and other metalworking tasks - Adhere to welding codes and standards for quality assurance - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively - Operate forklifts safely when required ## Qualifications - Proven experience in welding and fabrication - Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding - Familiarity with reading technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints - Experience in fabricating ductwork, piping systems, and metal structures - Knowledge of operating press brake machines and machining tools - Understanding of welding codes and standards for quality control - Ability to operate a forklift safely is a plus - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Welding: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Folcroft, PA 19032 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Folcroft, PA 19032: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
