Welder/Fabricator/Fitter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for for setting up, positioning, aligning, fitting, and welding parts for the formation of sub-units or complete units using jigs, hand tools, and welding torches. Possess the ability to blend technical and mechanical skills to improve operation performances while also assisting the Dept. Lead in training operators and providing a safe and efficient work area. Requirements: · Must be able Mig Weld and have an up to date Welding Helmet. · Read and understand Engineered Drawings. · Have basic hand tools. · Must be able to use Table Saws, Radial Arm Saws. · Manufacturing Experience is a must. · Must be a Self-Starter. · Must have your own and dependable transportation. · Must be able to work last minute overtime. · Must be willing to learn powder coating. · Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. · Must have their own transportation. Beneficial Skills: · Bilingual · TIG welding · Knowledge of the properties and characteristics of metals used for cutting and welding. · Able to highlight areas of concern and make recommendations for process improvements.
