About The Role:
The Wellbeing Consulting Leader will lead the design and development of a service proposition focused on strategic wellbeing consulting addressing multinational client needs outside of the US. This leader will collaborate with the US domestic teams that are consulting in this area to leverage Lockton capabilities and relationships with point solution vendors. This leader will develop a go-to-market strategy that will demonstrate Lockton's experience and expertise in the multiple dimensions of wellbeing. They will coordinate with teams in countries and other wellbeing experts around the world to provide tailored solutions and advice that also compliments the consulting work being done regarding clients' core benefit programs and will integrate wellbeing as a part of the overarching global benefits strategy that clients are using.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop Lockton's framework to design and develop the wellbeing service proposition for multinational client needs outside of the US
- Develop a multi-year plan including investment requirements, go-to-market strategies, and capability needs focusing on people, process, and technology
- Create unique selling points that will attract new and existing clients to expand their needs into wellbeing strategies and programs
- Assess existing wellbeing consulting capabilities and determine ways to leverage outside of the US
- Support the GPS practice leader by aligning wellbeing work streams and work product with broader practice strategy
- Develop Lockton's strategy to deliver relevant intellectual capital to clients and raise Lockton's industry profile as it relates to the multiple dimensions of wellbeing
- Lead client engagements and develop the necessary multidisciplinary team needed to execute projects
- Ensure the development and maintenance of wellbeing benchmark data, analytical tools, and consulting resources, including surveys and other data collection tools
- Liaise with GPS Business Development Ambassadors and Producers to ensure they have ready access to wellbeing resources that support business growth. Also assume the role of subject matter expert in prospect meetings, finalist presentations, and proposals
- Liaise with GPS client service team leaders to ensure that wellbeing work product addresses emerging client needs
- Liaise with the GPS Operations and Technology leader to manage knowledge resources and effectively deliver them to Lockton Associates and clients
- Keep GPS consultants aware of evolving global vendor capabilities
- Represent Lockton's capabilities in prospect meetings and industry events
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to Lockton Associates and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Humanities, or related field; Master's or professional degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in workplace health promotion and wellbeing
- General knowledge of life and pensions insurance, employee benefits, and employment law concepts
- 10+ years' related industry experience. International experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft applications with a heavy emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Prior experience with CRM tools a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop sound relationships with team members and external contacts
- Work well in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills and comfort working with colleagues in live and virtual environments
- Available to travel as needed
