About the role
The mission of this role is to help unlock the potential of every Rokt employee through your black book of contacts, high energy, and unrelenting passion to help grow people. As Roktās first Wellbeing & Performance concierge, you will be the pivotal link between the worldās best coaches, partners, trainers, gurus, physicians, cliniations, consultantsā¦and our 500+ Roktāstars who each have an annual Wellbeing and Level Up budget to help them unlock their potential.
Responsibilities
This role will report to the SVP of Learning & Development at Rokt, and will be responsible for both the co-design and the administration of the annually granted Wellbeing and Performance budget for each team member at Rokt (approximately $5k per person, per year). Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Researching, identifying, and recommending partners for the various components of Roktās Wellbeing and Level Up program (globally)
- Negotiating preferred terms with vendors and partners
- Recommending (from your preferred vendor list) specialists to support each Roktāstar based on their individual needs
- Monitoring and adjusting programs and partnerships as needed based on feedback from individuals and their managers
Requirements
- You will have a natural love for helping people, believing each one of us is capable of a next level of performance.
- You will have experience listening, probing and co-diagnosing with our Roktāstars (and their managers) to design programs at scale for our global teams
- You will be well connected, with experience curating experiences in Wellbeing and performance enhancement. Your black book will open doors to local partners and practitioners that others would crave to get access to.
- You will thrive in creating something world class, not simply settling for others do and what is most convenient.
- You will have the business fundamentals needed to run budgets, evaluate and report on performance.
- A self starter with the energy to lead this program with autonomy and precision
