Job Summary

This position supports BCBS Quality Improvement Department's HEDIS initiatives by performing telephonic member outreach to promote health outcomes. Duties include, but are not limited to, developing and presenting outreach outcomes to internal and external customers, relaying the voice of the member to all stakeholders, and contributing to the Quality Improvement Department's strategy to bring awareness to the importance of preventative care to the community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

** This is a work from home position in the State of New Mexico**

• RN or Bachelor Degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Community or Public Health, or in the health field.
• Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends.
• Verbal and written communication skills including composing and conducting presentations, composing programs, and interfacing with internal staff/management and external vendors and community resources.
• Organization and time management skills, along with the ability to work with minimum supervision both independently and in a group setting.
• Analytical experience including medical/health education analysis.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual English / Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse within the state of operations.
