ManTech is seeking a West Coast Operations Manager to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in San Diego, CA.

Position Overview:

• Ability to develop quality assurance programs and directs quality assurance operations.
• Monitors conformance with QA standards and procedures.
• Conducts quality assurance training for employees.
• Suggests methods for improving product quality, design, or processes.
• Familiarity with developing CMP's and interacting with CCB's, TRB's and CRB's.
• Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
• Significant familiarity with the United States Navy preferred.

Education/Clearance Requirements:

• Should have twelve (12) years' experience with a Master's degree, fifteen (15) years' experience with a Bachelor's degree or seventeen (17) years' experience with an Associate's degree in a supervisory or management position. Experience in developing CMP's and interacting with CCB's, TRB's and CRB's preferred.
• Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or have competed DAU Level II certification requirements in Program Management.
• Secret with TS/SCI Eligibility
