Job Summary:

Lockton PRS is pleased to announce that we are seeking a Regional Executive to lead our client service team in the West Region. The Regional Executive is responsible for ensuring Lockton provides an outstanding level of service to our clients. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for building, maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients, while providing the advice and support needed to ensure their insurance and risk management needs are met. An entrepreneurial spirit is necessary as we are looking for an executive that can think creatively, identify opportunities and drive business growth. States included: AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY

Role Responsibilities:

• Leads and executes the regional strategy to deliver exceptional client experience across all touchpoints.

• Develops and executes regional growth strategies and rallies the team to accomplish those goals.

• Ensures Associates understand vision and purpose and are inspired to deliver client interactions that drive loyalty.

• Creates a culture of "knowing your customer" to enable proactive interactions in accordance with each customer's unique expectations.

• Ensures Associates are equipped to navigate market challenges and negotiate on behalf of our customers for new and renewal business.

• Invested in coaching, mentoring, and ensuring programs are implemented for the professional development and continued growth of the associates.

• Fosters an environment where transparency and open communication is expected. Leads by example assuring team is motivated and inspired.

• Develops and maintains annual budget and business plan including budget and salary requirements.

• Adapts to changing landscape, evolves quickly to evolving trends and emerging technologies.

• Research industry trends and governmental regulations.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or 7-10 years of equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years in brokerage consulting.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.

• Understands industry trends and governmental regulations.

• Manages a personal lines book of business for HNW clients in the music/art/film entertainment working directly with business management firms/key stakeholders to handle the needs of their personal insurance clients.

• Acts as primary point of contact for business managers on behalf of the clients.

• Leads client renewal strategy meeting and conversation with internal teams and the client.

• Initiate and manage the renewal process promptly to keep pace with changing lifestyles.

• Documents transactions into management systems and holds team members accountable

• Conducts regular account review with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.

• Facilitates communication and collaboration with producers as needed to keep associates and clients engaged and informed.

• Initiates involvement of Unit Manager, Team Lead, Producer, or other Lockton resources as needed

• Provides strategic planning and consulting advice to clients, prospects, and team members

• Listens to clients and colleagues, provides meaningful feedback, and joins forces to identify problems and solutions

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize deadlines

• Understanding and executing superior client service in accordance with PRS performance and quality standards meeting all defined Regional KPI's

• Demonstrate ability to instill confidence and comfort with clients as a trusted advisor

• Viewed as a collaborative team player across each division, showing ability to navigate PRS Series and Lockton broad solutions

• Ability and willingness to proactively coach and mentor other Associates

• Strong work ethic-prompt, willingness to put in the work to do whatever it takes to assist client or prospect

• Holds an active P/C license and maintain all CE requirements
