Job Summary
This role works to support the needs of the Workforce Management Department. This position is focused on short term volume and staff forecasting for the organization. Additionally, this role is responsible for presenting finding and recommendation to various business leadership stakeholders regarding future forecasting.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Research, analyze, maintain, modify, validate and prepare data, information and content used in making business decisions. Output is used for forecasting, costing, planning, positioning, trending, measuring, controlling risk, contracting and administration. Present findings and articulate results.
- Serve as a liaison between internal clients and functional departments; help clients achieve their objectives by serving as a resource in the interpretation, change and application of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor, maintain and test the Company's systems that manage business and work processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, policies, practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement, good client relations, compliance and adherence to business and system requirements. Recommend improvements to achieve and deliver high quality, value-added services.
- Administer programs that meet business needs; assist with program development and enhancements.
- Ensure through audits that the organization's programs are consistently administered in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, contractual obligations, rulings, laws and government regulations as applicable.
- Produce, edit and distribute a variety of business documents such as reports, system and process documentation, audit results, newsletters, brochures, etc. Present findings and articulate results.
- Create, present and/or facilitate meetings, webinars, conference calls, training programs, education sessions, certifications, etc. for primarily internal audiences.
- Participate on or lead smaller departmental projects or components of projects. May plan, organize, monitor and control projects to ensure the effective use of resources and adherence to project management standards and reporting requirements.
- Participate on and/or lead department/divisional workgroups and initiatives.
- Develop and build internal partnerships to improve communication, coordination, collaboration and effective working relationships within own department.
- May mentor and coach less-experienced coworkers on the technical and interpersonal skills needed for effective job performance.

3+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education to include experience in workforce management related field
Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
What We Would Prefer You Have:
3+ year of experience in workforce management
Forecasting experience
Experience in call center data analysis
Strong demonstrated success utilizing all functions of MS Excel
General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
