Role Description

• OTA system debugging and testing (HW & SW debug, OTA testing to wireless standard).
• Design and execute OTA test plans based on design engineers' request. Generate test reports and share data with the design team. Report test issues observed during testing to design engineers in a timely manner.
• Test automation implementation (antenna OTA chamber) and troubleshooting

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Cellular(3G/LTE/5GNR)/GNSS(L1/L5)/WiFi(11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)/Bluetooth/UWB OTA testing methodology. Solid domain knowledge in antenna/RF systems, electromagnetics and wave propagation theory.
• Experienced with regulatory requirements and processes for wireless consumer devices, including FCC, PTCRB, CTIA, ETSI, TIA/EIA, etc.
• Hands-on experience in antenna testing, anechoic chambers bring up, calibration, maintenance, and the use of RF test equipment (VNA, power meter, spectrum analyzer, wireless communication station, etc)
• Good understanding of antenna chamber & system, chamber structure, system routing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Able to read and understand electronic schematics & debug log.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in building and shipping consumer electronics products.
• BSEE Degree or equivalent, MSEE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education

• Min 3 years of experience in Information technology.
