We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Winchman/Medic to relocate to the Caribbean Island Curacao, on a permanent full-time employment contract. You will be working with a committed, professional team consisting of consisting of eight Pilots, seven Technical Crew members and engineering support, ensuring that all flight operations and taskings are undertaken to the highest standards.

We are based at Hato Airport Curacao, in the Dutch Caribbean, with crews ready to conduct operations on a 24/7 availability.

As Winch Medic (Rescue Operator), you will be responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient conduct of all flights in support of standard, surveillance and lifesaving Search and Rescue (SAR) operations. You will hold the relevant experience, energy and motivation, working positively to impact our business, adapting to changes in the workplace and being committed to the safe delivery of our operations.

Requirements

• Minimum FREC 4 (First Response Emergency Care level 4) in combination with SALM (Safe administration of Lifesaving Medication)
• Class 2 Medical
• LPE English level 4
• Experience as a Winchman/Medic in a dedicated SAR role
• Be able to identify with the Company’s Code of Business Integrity and work to the highest of safety standards
• Previous experience on AW139 would be preferred but not essential
• Bachelor’s degree qualification in relatable field desirable.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold the following medical qualifications:

• (HCPC registered) Paramedic or
• BIG-registered Nurse.
