Window and Door Installer

We are looking for a Window and Door Installer to play a dual role focused on residential window assessment, installation support, and field survey work and residential carpentry, framing, and door installs This position specializes in evaluating, measuring, and troubleshooting systems while conducting general site surveys to support solar energy projects. The specialist ensures accurate field data collection, fosters customer confidence, and helps generate leads by identifying opportunities during home visits. What You’ll Be Doing • Inspect and Install Residential Doors and Windows:Measure, assess condition, evaluate structure, and report findings • Conduct Field Surveys:Gather rooftop, attic, shade, and electrical data for solar planning • Measure & Framedoor openings to exact specs in wood-structured homes • Installall types of doors—pre-hung, sliding, pocket, custom, and more • Adjust, trim, and fiteach door for a perfect swing and secure latch • Add finishing touches: install hardware like hinges, handles, locks, and weatherstripping • Read blueprintsto guide placements and ensure alignment What You Bring • Experience withresidential window and door installs, evaluations, or repairs • Knowledge of construction or electrical terms—solar or roofing experience is a bonus • Ability to read plans, use survey apps, and measure with tape or laser level • Strong communication skills and professional in front of customers • Physically able to lift 40+ lbs, use ladders, crawl into attics, and work on rooftops • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Comprehensive 90-day training & mentorship program • PTO: 3 weeks • Company Holidays • Gym membership, Referral Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, and more Ability to Commute: • Richardson, TX 75082 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Richardson, TX 75082 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Richardson, TX 75082: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
