We are seeking a talented individual to join our team of IT at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in México City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Windows System Administrator candidate will be responsible for the management and administration of unstructured data and infrastructure support on Microsoft Server operating systems.

We will count on you to:

• Administer and manage unstructured data hosted on Windows servers, NetApp and other storage systems.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure support for Microsoft Server OS 2012 / 2016 / 2019 on physical and virtual platforms.
• Manage the migration of unstructured data to cloud storage such as MS365 SharePoint, AWS and Azure.
• Analyze operational data to identify and plan remediation where necessary.
• Analyze operational data to identify and plan remediation as needed
• Work with real estate and local support to identify affected systems under office closures or relocations and determine the best path to address the servers and relevant data
• Ensure data integrity when moving information and implementing security measures, including A/V and anti-virus.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in system administration, IT, computer science, or a related field 
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Experience with Windows and SharePoint interfaces.

• Experience in analyzing mergers and acquisitions as they relate to data management.
• Ability to manage incident tickets to resolution in accordance with documented standards.
