Job Title: Wine Sales Representative
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Base Pay: $2,000 per month + Commission (based on monthly sales)

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Wine Sales Representative to drive our wine sales initiatives and expand our presence in the marketplace. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with existing customers. Your enthusiasm for wine, combined with your sales expertise, will help us deliver exceptional service and grow our brand. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and warm calling to prospective clients, including restaurants, retail stores, and distributors, to promote our wine portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through B2B (business-to-business) channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and follow up on marketing campaigns, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2–3 years of experience in wine or beverage sales
  • Strong knowledge of wines and the hospitality industry is an asset
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate product value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales processes.
  • Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to wine products or similar consumer goods.
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
