We represent some of the top home improvement campaigns in the nation, and our distinctive marketing tactics have allowed us to expand our footprint into new markets on our clients’ behalf. As a result of our unprecedented growth, we are looking to add a new Marketing Assistant to our team. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement for our clients. We are seeking a creative, driven individual who is excited to use promotional initiatives to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

As a company, we are committed to developing our Marketing Assistants from the ground up. All of our Marketing Assistants start entry-level, and we provide the tools and training necessary to move into a Marketing Manager role in the future. Our notable clients rely on our marketing expertise to grow their customer base and bolster brand awareness; we are excited to train our next generation of leaders to help our clients achieve their goals! As this is an entry-level position and full training is provided, no prior experience is needed. Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers in a retail environment to educate them on the home improvement products and services offered by our clients.
• Support the brand marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring promotional campaigns.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, adeptly handle objections, and effectively resolve any complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate a seamless transition of customers to the sales team to effectively close deals.
• Handle confidential customer information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Remain abreast of evolving home improvement and market trends to provide informed recommendations and tailored service solutions to meet customers' needs effectively.
• Provide additional administrative and project support as needed.

Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in a marketing, promotional, retail sales, or customer-facing role is ideal.
• Ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Proven track record of public speaking or presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle rejection in a professional and positive manner.
• Passion for home improvement projects is a plus!
