Wire Operations Analyst

Location- Memphis, TN

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide daily operational and analytical support in areas such as general office accounting processes check processing, create monthly and quarterly Excel/Monarch reports,PC/LAN operation, financial monitoring of department performance/production, etc. • Identifies potential weaknesses in systems, operating procedures, and financial measurements; reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion.• Develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports on department key performance indicators to management; makes recommendations for systems and or process changes as needed. • Completes, passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company-required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).• Performs all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

1. Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
