Wire Transfer Specialist

Job Description

Central Technology Service is hiring a Wire Transfer Specialist. As a Wire Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for balancing transfers, processing and maintaining agreements, templates, and investigation cases, and maintaining the transfer database. We will rely on you to review and ensure transfers are compliant with standards and policies and accurately post all incoming and outgoing transfers to customer accounts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist with system administration and production of written department materials, such as training, reporting, billing, and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is a team player, an effective communicator, detail-oriented with a high aptitude for numbers, customer-focused, and can work well under time constraints. We are seeking someone with strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 products. A college degree, experience with technical writing, and SQL are preferred, but not required.
