Wireless Engineer III

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Wireless Engineer III.

Position type: Contract

Duration: 6 months

Location: Englewood, CO (onsite)

As a Wireless Engineer:

The Network Engineer positions are going to work primarily in our Performance lab on WiFi devices. We are looking for:

Responsibilities:

-Participates in wireless network planning, wireless network architecture design and engineering.

-Integrates and schematically depicts communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete wireless network configurations.

-Evaluates new products, performs wireless network problem resolution.

-Develops and implements approved methods of procedure.

-Designs, develops and implements wireless network enhancements and makes recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

-5-10 years of experience

-Lab testing of hardware (CPE preferred)

-In depth knowledge of the 802.11 protocol (able to speak on differences and features)

-Experience creating test cases that investigate and validate HW compliance with 802.11 protocols and features

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $60/hr - 65/hr on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
