Chubb is looking for a Senior Wireless Mobility Manager who will have oversight for our carriers and TEMS vendor. The candidate will support our mobile device program and interface with our providers in support of our wireless mobility.

We are looking for a deskside technician to assist employees, new hires and contractors with technical issues related to their PC's, mobile devices, and peripherals. The role holder will support hardware and software issues as well as upgrades related to desktop technology, will help develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures related to end user technology and will have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for our wireless carriers and provide account management oversight
Provide a point of escalation and resolutions for issues such as lost or stolen device replacements and synchronization issues relating to corporate email.
Responsible to Cancel services and collect mobile devices for terminated employees
Enforce current mobile device policies with regard to iPhone standards, and non-issuance of device accessories and iPad devices unless exception has been approved.
Review wireless billing on a monthly basis for accuracy and approve in the Financial system for next level approval.
Meet with Providers to review and identity opportunities to optimize wireless accounts to realize savings by managing data pools and domestic and international features.
Verify inventory levels and ensure equipment is on-hand for deployment
Manage the Technology ordering portal to ensure out of stock and back ordered equipment is replaced
Invoices tracking, reconciliation and payment process with Cass and the carriers.
Executive requests for non standard ipads/iPhone
Management oversite of Cass and streamline processes related to mobility
Managing the review of Rate plan/feature updates as well as other optimizations for cost savings opportunities with both ATT and Verizon
Ad hoc requests for mobile device charges/ call details, audits, etc
Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications
An interest and eagerness in technology and support for end users
5-8 years customer wireless management experience
Understanding of iPhone, iPad and MDM solutions
Ability to use standard and proprietary software/systems
Record of clear written and verbal communications with customers, carriers/vendors, and internal staff
Experience communicating difficult messages clearly and with tact and diplomacy
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Enjoy working in a team environment
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate about technology
Excellent oral and written communication skills
