As a Penetration Tester in our Red Team, you will have the opportunity to apply your outsider mindset, cybersecurity skills, and experiences to mission-critical products and services. You will be part of a diverse international team that values growth and development in both personal and technical areas. You will work with all areas of the company to establish meaningful relationships, drive cybersecurity culture, and directly influence the way we create secure, market-leading, mission-critical products. This position has less than 10% travel and can be fully remote.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
Planning and execution of penetration tests
Documentation and report writing
Data, code, and vulnerability analysis
Tool and script development
Research and Training
General Skills:

Self-identify tasks, start work independently, and adapt quickly to ad-hoc tasks

Technical Skills:
The skills to perform penetration testing on wireless devices and technologies including RF, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and experience with SDR
Solid working knowledge of networking and communication protocols, TCP/IP, USB, Serial communications
The ability to perform penetration testing activities related to mobile and embedded operating systems and applications
Python, C, C++
A qualified candidate should have some subset of the following:
Familiarity with the Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM), Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications, and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)
An understanding of cybersecurity and penetration testing methodologies like Mitre ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain
A good understanding of Windows/Linux-based operating systems
Familiarity with cloud computing models, technologies, and concepts
Skills with some of the following: Bash, Powershell, Assembly, Javascript, Java
The ability to execute a penetration testing project independently, for the full engagement lifecycle
Qualifications/Certifications:
One or more of the following are desired: OSCP, OSWP, GAWN, and/or the ability to pass OSCP or OSWP within 6 months of hire .
Candidates can reside anywhere in the US.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in information security or a technical role and 1+ years of active hands-on experience in performing wireless penetration tests/ethical hacking as a primary responsibility.
OR military service and 1+ years of experience in information security or a technical role and 1+ years of active hands-on experience in performing wireless penetration tests/ethical hacking as a primary responsibility
OR 4+ years of work experience with 1+ years of experience in information security or a technical role and 1+ years of active hands-on experience in performing wireless penetration tests/ethical hacking as a primary responsibility
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
