General Summary of Position:

Granite Telecommunications is seeking a dynamic and experienced Wireless Quoting Specialist to join our growing Wireless business unit. As a Quoting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating wireless service quotes on major mobile operator networks, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Your expertise in understanding carrier portals and usage reports, coupled with your excellent Excel skills and strong communication abilities, will enable you to provide exceptional service to our customers and effectively explain quotes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wireless Service Quoting: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver accurate and competitive wireless service quotes for potential customers on AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile networks.
• Carrier Portals and Usage Reports: Demonstrate proficiency in navigating carrier portals, extracting relevant data from usage reports, and analyzing information to ensure precise and comprehensive quoting.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to organize data, evaluate pricing options, and identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
• Customer-Facing Communication: Engage in direct communication with customers to discuss and clarify quote details, address any inquiries or concerns, and provide clear explanations regarding offered services and pricing.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest developments and changes in wireless services and pricing from major mobile operators to ensure competitiveness and relevance in our quotes.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Product Management, and Wireless Operations, to align on pricing strategies, service offerings, and resolve any technical issues.
• Proposal Creation: Create compelling and professional proposals to present quotes to customers, highlighting key features and benefits of our wireless offerings.
• Contract Review: Review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Minimum of [2] years of experience in wireless services quoting, with a proven track record of dealing with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile networks preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and presentation.
• Carrier Portal Knowledge: Familiarity with navigating carrier portals to extract usage data and gather relevant information for quoting purposes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Customer-Facing Aptitude: Comfortable in customer-facing situations, with a professional demeanor and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate quoting and contract review.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, independently, and collaboratively.
