Job Description

The engineer will be responsible for evaluating the two-way mobile and portable products along with designing modifications to enhance the performance of the core platform products. These projects include detailed analysis of the existing designs and implementation of cost effective and manufacturable performance enhancements for our products. The ideal candidate must possess a broad skill set, demonstrated communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking and a desire for learning that will support sustainable career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Face to Face and over the phone customer support for Astro products.

  • Root cause and resolve assigned customer cases.

  • High Speed digital circuit design to meet section requirements

  • Design of circuits using industry standard schematic capture tools

  • Worst case analysis of circuits in area of responsibility

  • Generate documentation in areas of responsibility

  • Define stress test routines required to validate functional sections

  • Formulate test plans to ensure component level performance

  • Validation testing to ensure performance over temperature and voltage extremes

  • Participate in system design.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
