Job Description

Ready to dive into the thrilling world of a Withdrawal Guru Analyst? Here's what your action-packed days will look like:

  • Handle withdrawal requests from customers who meet specific criteria (vary depending on the market)
  • Review and process every withdrawal request to ensure compliance with Client’s Terms and Conditions
  • Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's identification or withdrawal;
  • Collaborate with team/shift leader & colleagues from various departments;
  • Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information;
  • Ensure compliance with all AML laws and regulations;
  • Update customer database.

Here's what you'll need in your toolkit:

  • Minimum Language requirements: English (B2)
  • 6 Months + Relevant working experience in a back-office role will be an advantage;
  • Observation and attention to detail;
  • Proactive and customer-centric
  • Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite;
