Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is looking to hire a Whole Life Engineering (WLE) Section Manager (SM) who will be responsible for the overall management of WLE Indianapolis/B-2 SW Sustainment Section. This includes management of approximately 8-15 employees and their performance on programs within the Department.
This Section Manager is responsible for holding and documenting career development discussions for all employees in section, including both technical growth and leadership development. This person will also be responsible for proactively developing, maintaining, and executing staffing and development plans for section members which are aligned to roadmaps and projected program needs.
The SM is responsible for overall quality of Whole Life Engineering work products generated by Section members, ensuring they are generated and documented utilizing robust design principles and rigorous engineering practices in accordance with RIS Management System (MS) policies and work instructions (as tailored by the programs). In addition to these tasks, they would review/approve section staff's work products, provide mentoring and guidance to ensure work product quality.

- Experience with proposals, project or program management•
- Familiarity with management of program support, subcontractor oversight and customer relationships.
- Experience in engineering, sustainment, logistics, or technical manual development in a military or civilian environment
- Active DoD Secret clearance

Education:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
