We are looking for a Corporate Actions Income Processing Team Leader. The primary role of the Corporate Actions Manager is to supervise the front to back processing of Corporate Action & Income Processing events for the US region. The candidate will be required to approve/process asset movements (cash + stock), produce various risk reporting, and supervise/process daily tasks timely and efficiently. Candidate will also be expected to be an escalation point of contact for any Business Partners or Operations colleagues when such situations arise.

Your team

You'll be working in the Corporate Actions Income processing Team in Corporate Actions. The Corporate Actions & Income Processing Department manages global positions through the lifecycle of corporate events, on multiple products including Equity, Fixed Income, Mortgage Backed Securities, and US Treasury instruments. We service the Global Wealth Management business in the United States, which includes Financial Advisors, Client Service Representatives, and our Capital Markets business partners..

Your expertise

• Experience in Asset Servicing, specific to a retail client base is required.
• familiar with current market practices and policies, including (but not limited to): liability notices, manufactured income, partial calls, & physical securities handling and processing, voluntary processing, coupon processing, redemption processing, mandatory processing.
