Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience with Quality Engineering/Assurance with at-least 3+ years of Test Program Management experience
• At-least 3+ years of experience with WMS Testing (either as an SME / Lead / Manager
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong Basics of Test Automation
• Has experience in JIRA, and working knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and Agile Development Methodologies
• Nice to have skills - Basic knowledge on one of the major Cloud platform (preferably GCP)

Roles and responsibilities

• - As a WMS Test Manager, the candidate should leverage both Test Management and WMS skills on a daily basis to front-end the QE team to drive the QE deliverables of the project/program
• Guide QEs on the deliverables (when needed) and also help resolve the 'Environment and Data' issues faced by them
• Interact with the customer stakeholders include Product Managers, Tech Engineering Managers, SCRUM Master, Tech Lead, Developers and Release Engineering teams on a daily basis
• Be the process guardian to ensure all stakeholders are adhering to the defined QE process
• Ensure the Target Automation Coverage and Effectiveness is accomplished as planned
