Wordpress Developer

The Role:

As a Website Developer at Sprinto, you will be a crucial part of the marketing team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our website’s front-end to ensure an optimized user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team, marketers, and designers to create new pages, revamp existing ones, and implement engaging elements that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation, performance, and responsiveness of the website using WordPress themes and plugins.
• Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Redesign and enhance existing pages to align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
• Work with the CRO team to test, implement, and optimize elements for better conversions.
• Add new interactive features and resolve issues promptly to maintain a seamless user journey.
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user behavior and performance.
• Implement best practices for website security, loading speed, and overall performance optimization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in WordPress development and front-end maintenance.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress architecture.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UX/UI principles.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and CRO teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and tools like Hotjar, VWO, or similar is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles to support organic traffic growth.
