Devoted Studios is looking for a WordPress Fullstack Developer. In this role you will focus on designing and developing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) aspects of WordPress websites.

**This is a remote full-time contract-based position.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement pixel-perfect designs and create visually appealing landing pages using WordPress.
• Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements and design specifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop responsive and mobile-friendly landing pages, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to landing pages.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform cross-browser compatibility testing, and optimize page load times for improved performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in front-end development and WordPress to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers and digital marketers, to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with WordPress
• Experience with Gutenberg blocks
• Experience in plugin development and theme integration
• Advanced understanding of PHP (including OOP), MySQL, and database design
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Typescript
• Experience in the development of responsive layouts
• Knowledge and basic experience in writing JavaScript code
• Knowledge and understanding of RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Advanced understanding of WordPress project deployment
• Experience with Git and understanding of branching principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing WordPress websites.
• Languages: Fluent Ukranian AND Intermediate-Advance: English
