As part of the team supporting one of the nation's largest retail pet companies, you will support pet-loving customers who want to make sure that their pets are happy and healthy. You will work with top technologies and systems and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.

We will provide all equipment, but to be successful when working from home you must have reliable, hard-wired internet service and a quiet, distraction-free place to work.Â
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer serviceÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Full-time, open availability to be scheduled any day, Sunday-SaturdayÂ
- Excellent wired internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free, secure place to work.
