About the Role

The Workato Administrator is the primary owner of Tebra’s iPaaS, middleware, ETL, and integration software. This role is responsible for developing, enhancing, debugging, maintaining, and testing systems including Workato, NetSuite and Salesforce CRM.

This role is also responsible for data management, structure and guardianship for Tebra and its business systems. The Business Systems Administrator is a business partner that supports conversations regarding data integrity and how it is being utilized.

This role plays a critical part in transformational work by working closely with technical solutions providers and internal stakeholders by managing and improving systems that streamline processes and improve efficiency for the business.

The Business Systems Administrator is part of the Business Systems team and will work with other operations and technical roles such as a system administrators, developers, analysts and partners. This individual will support all Tebra business functions.

Your Area of Focus
  • Manage middleware, iPaaS, and ETL software
  • First responder to Workato, NetSuite, and Salesforce integration issues
  • Conduct recurring Workato maintenance
  • Consult, advise, guide and test Workato design and architecture
  • Develop enhancements between Salesforce CRM and NetSuite SuiteBilling
  • Data management and guardianship
  • Manage what data is being collected and how it is defined and utilized
  • Informs, implements, and enforces design and processes that sustain data integrity
  • Implement requests to define and track new data
  • Salesforce enhancements
  • Support Salesforce org for business operations including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Modify, improve, and build Salesforce improvements along customer journey from lead to close to renewal to churn
  • Be the go-to-person for any handoff projects or requests between ops teams (Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance)
  • NetSuite and Zone Advanced Billing power user
  • Navigate NetSuite and monitor accounts, subscriptions, invoicing, payment
  • Help with new product creation
  • Our landscape includes: Salesforce CRM, Service Console, CPQ+, NetSuite SuiteBilling and Zone Advanced Billing, Sertifi, CyberSource, Workato, TaskRay, Chili Piper scheduling enablement, RingLead, Spiff, Outreach.io, Okta SSO/SAML, Gainsight, NICE IVR, Tebra products, and Snowflake
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a integration/ETL developer/administrator, systems analyst or business systems administrator position
  • An individual who flourishes in a high growth tech company and adapts well to change
  • Someone who is inquisitive and has attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skills in facilitation and consensus-building
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with CPQ
  • Experience with Workato
  • Experience with Netsuite Suitebilling
  • Experience with Zone Advanced Billing

$76,500—$93,500 USD
