Workday Administrator
Job Description
*This position will be on our hybrid schedule, 3x a week in our New Rochelle office.
Position Purpose:
A self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment; experience in configuring and supporting all aspects of HRIS systems, along with keen attention to detail and timing. The HRIS/Workday Administrator is responsible for the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the HR platforms while working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
* Support the configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including by not limited to: Workday, ADP, Concur.
* Perform administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations.
* Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions and business process workflows.
* Work closely with stakeholders to develop custom reports that meet their needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
* Support feature release updates and enhancements, and communicate clearly to affected team members about changes that may impact them or their roles.
* Model best practice components of customer service.
Job Requirements/Skills and Experience
* 1-2 years' experience with Workday in an administration role.
* 1-2 years' experience with ADP in an administration role.
* Experience with ERP, CRM and Database's.
* Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, SDP, etc.).
* Ability to constantly prioritize as business needs change.
* Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
* Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field.
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
*The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
