ClickUp is looking for a Workday Analyst to join our IT Corporate Systems team. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering new modules, features and integrations to our Workday implementation and provide an exceptional support experience to our partners in the People team. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 
Here's what you'll do:
  • Partner closely with our US and Global payroll teams to deliver robust, accurate and tightly governed payroll processes with Workday and CloudPay
  • Implement new Workday integrations to other corporate systems, often in partnership with in-house or third-party technical resources
  • Analyze current Workday processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform detailed business analysis, develop business requirements, identify and recommend innovative solutions supporting business capabilities
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application capabilities. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing
  • Provide exceptional user experience by resolving escalated daily support issues
  • Create and maintain high-quality, detailed, accurate and discoverable documentation and SOPs
  • Assist with the implementation and roll-out of new HR processes and policies
  • Stay up-to-date with new Workday features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements
Here's what we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday techno/functional analyst with strong knowledge with HCM and Payroll modules as well as Security and Integrations
  • Expert level experience configuring Workday
  • Proactive and collaborative team member who brings new ideas to the table, productively challenges the status-quo, and drives new initiatives outside of day-to-day duties
  • Serve as troubleshooting resource and work with the various vendors to resolve complex systems issues
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams
  • Strong skills in navigating a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities and ambiguity
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow in the position and share knowledge and experience with other team members
