In your Workday Business Analyst role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully enable and implement key global initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition space
- Serve as a subject matter expert to consult and provide proactive recommendations related to technology solutions.
- Primary IT configuration point of contact for the Talent Acquisition Operations team and should be able to
- Lead high priority projects, as well as provide hands on configuration support.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand the structure, challenges, and operations of their organization and identify and deploy technology solutions that enable their goals
- Lead efforts including gathering requirements, design and configuration, documentation, application testing, implementation, enhancements/upgrades, new functionality investigation and deployment
- Responsible for Workday configurations, upgrades, security and support for the Workday Recruiting module
- Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to partners
- Tier 3 escalation point for Recruiting systems
- Ensure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Create custom reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely analytics and identify business trends

About You
- 3+ years of recruiting configuration experience in Workday including gathering requirements, design and configuration, documentation, application testing, implementation, enhancements/upgrades & new functionality investigation and deployment
- Proven experience & professional communication skills required when discussing complex ideas, translating business needs into technical requirements, as well as translating technical details to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated knowledge of the interconnection between Workday recruiting and other Talent Acquisition tools and applications
- Must possess a strong/proven working understanding of talent acquisition processes and data
- Demonstrates strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to build strong trust and relationships
