Responsible for growing and expanding Skillcentrix' relationship with our customers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivery excellence, hands-on, resourceful, and possesses strong relationship building, project delivery, and team development skills. Your goal is to build trust and strengthen customer relationships through expert project oversight, while identifying new opportunities for Skillcentrix and our customers to grow the account. You will directly manage and mentor a team of consultants, partnering with the Solutions team on their development. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

Client Engagement & Relationship Management: 

  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and propose and evaluate alternate business solutions.  
  • Skilled in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating project progress and updates to clients, building trust and maintaining good rapport. 
  • Maintain and enhance existing regional/ global client relationships and swiftly establish personal relationships with new client contacts to ensure the achievement of client and company goals. 
  • Drive client growth while maintaining best-in-class NPS (Net Promoter Score) and attrition.  
  • Build customer relationships with Executives and Senior levels. 
  • Contribute to customer’s success with ownership to develop and execute client strategy sessions, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and ADPs (Account Development Plans) 
  • Identify, develop and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet growth targets. 
  • Execute against and find additional opportunities to grow the customer program roadmap. 
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.  

 

Team Leadership: 

  • Build and coach a team of Delivery members to reassure delivery excellence and growth.  
  • Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW. 
  • Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team 
  • Service as a 1st line manager, providing overall team management, including regular evaluations and staff development 
  • Assisting in annual performance evaluation process and annual compensation process for direct reports 

 

Project Execution: 

  • Meeting annual sales and revenue targets as established by practice leadership 
  • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.  
  • A concept of SDLC management and excellent proficiency in the project management industry standards. 
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving any issues 
  • Ensure all business opportunities are maximized through proper and timely follow up, tracking, and looking for creative approaches to client needs. 

 

Requirements: 

  • An experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in account/customer management (required). 
  • Experienced in the business development for at least 5 years (preferred). 
  • Proven track record of account growth. 
  • An exceptional communicator displaying strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Continuously displaying an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. 
  • Able to successfully problem-solve and negotiate as necessary. 
  • Continuously showcasing high attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills. 
  • Technology savvy including experience with a variety of HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications. 

Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time)
