We’re looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team!

What you’ll do:

  • Configure, support, and optimize specific existing Workday modules
    (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits) and add new functionality as necessary

  • Collaborate with the People team to continue to build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem.

  • Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams

  • Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership

  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues

  • Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields

  • Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity

  • Train and mentor junior configuration specialists

  • Create functional and technical systems documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements

  • Someone who can rely on their previous experiences to plan and accomplish future goals

  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levels

  • Ability to work well under general supervision

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
     

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification

For Colorado Based Applicants:

  • The minimum target salary for this position is $120,000

  • This position is eligible for a discretionary performance award

  • This position is eligible to receive ongoing equity grants.
