Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements for Workday solutions.
• Design and configure Workday modules based on project specifications.
• Provide technical expertise on Workday best practices and solutions.
• Perform Workday system configuration, integrations, and customizations.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support end-users through training and ongoing assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday solutions with other business applications.
• Stay updated on Workday releases, features, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance on Workday system optimization and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Workday Engineer or in a similar role.
• Workday certification(s) relevant to the engineer's area of expertise (e.g., Workday Certified Integration Consultant).
• Strong understanding of Workday modules and their integration.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, integrations, and custom report development.
• Experience with Workday implementation projects and full project life cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Workday Studio for custom integrations.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework.
• Familiarity with Workday security and role-based permissions.
• Previous experience with Workday upgrades and patches.
• Understanding of Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
