Workday Finance Analysts & Senior Analysts

This opportunity sits within a global Finance Technology environment focused on enabling and optimizing Workday Finance solutions across enterprise-scale operations. The role supports a range of potential functions, from functional support and security administration to senior-level process standardization and system design. You will contribute to improving finance processes, strengthening system controls, and ensuring Workday configurations align with business and compliance needs. The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders in a highly dynamic environment. Depending on experience, you may support system enhancements, security frameworks, or end-to-end finance process optimization. • Provide functional or technical support across Workday Finance and/or Workday Security modules, depending on role level and specialization.
• Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday systems, including workflows, roles, permissions, and finance-related processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, and supporting testing and deployment of system changes.
• Analyze finance and system data to identify gaps, improve processes, and support decision-making across business functions.
• Contribute to finance process areas such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, accounting, and related operational workflows.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards across Workday Finance environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of finance systems and business processes.

Requirements:

• 1–5+ years of experience depending on level (Analyst to Senior Analyst) in Workday Finance, Workday Security, or related finance systems roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Finance and/or Workday Security configuration, support, or functional operations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as accounting, procurement, or revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience analyzing system data, workflows, and business requirements to support solutions or improvements.
• Familiarity with Workday security concepts such as roles, domains, permissions, and access controls (for security-focused roles).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a technology-enabled finance environment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, and business teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Workday certifications (or willingness to pursue them) are strongly preferred.
• Experience in governance, risk, or compliance environments is a plus.
