The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for the support, development, and integration of a broad portfolio of enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday Financials and HCM.

What you’ll do

As a Workday Financial Systems Analyst, you will join our Enterprise Applications— Workday Financials team to play an integral role in executing the platform strategy and roadmap plus on-going support, development, and maintenance of the Workday Financials modules. Specifically, you will:

• Work with our Workday managed services support resources to ensure all Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests (user access and security maintenance, EIB loads, custom reports and dashboards, end user how-to’s, etc.) are addressed according to our Support protocol and agreed upon SLAs
• Execute the on-going system configuration (business processes, foundational data and security model changes, etc.), maintenance and integration of the Workday Financials platform as part of the Agile sprint development process for Tier 3 requests and feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Workday platform team and business stakeholders on the bi-annual Workday release management— communicating and educating the Workday end user community on potential impact and new functionality for adoption, testing and validating existing functionality and integrations
• Participate in projects as the business systems analyst responsible for gathering / documenting requirements, assisting in the technical design specs and configuring, and testing and deploying changes into production
• Maintain and develop Workday documentations, standard operating procedures, and quick reference guides on new system configuration and functionality

What’s required

We are looking for a technologist with deep knowledge of and experience with Workday Financials. Specifically, you will need:

• 2 years minimum Workday Financials experience
• 3+ years of business analysis, functional accounting, technical financial reporting, experience with strong understanding of finance processes and operations
• Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday Financials with expertise business process and security model configurations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), or Report Writer and Prism/Discovery Board
• Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to convey information and interact with Finance, IT and Workday resources
• Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize workload and provide timeline follow-up and resolution
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
