What to expect?

• Apply your expertise on HR processes in the analysis, design, and end to end delivery as a trusted consultant in our clients’ Workday Implementations

• Drive the closure of key design decisions and identify cross-functional impacts next to cross-stream impacts (change, training, data conversion, integrations)

• Lead, guide and coach the functional consultants into the functional module designs

• Prepare and conduct pitches, lead client workshops and presentations and drive client’s decision-making

• Engage closely with the client project leadership to advise on functional planning activities, build trustful relationships and ensure the success of the project across all functional areas
