The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Raytheon Technologies (RTX) has an opening for a Workday HCM Configurator (Principal Specialist, HR Tech) position. Individual Contributor. Remote Opportunity.

Come join a growing Team as an HR Specialist in the Raytheon Technologies Global People Services Center. This service center functions across the United States and provides support to employees, managers, and HR professionals. In this exciting role, you will research, analyze and respond to inquiries ranging from simple policy questions to much more complex issues working closely with our GPS HR Advisors and Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service, accurate and timely first contact resolution to ~25,000 employees, managers, and HR professionals across Raytheon Technologies via phone calls, email and Case Management
  • Serve as an employee and customer advocate who specializes in creating a culture focused on exceptional customer service, where individualized actions are taken to promote and support all client interests
  • Utilize multiple online systems, such as Salesforce CRM, Enterprise version 5 and Workday to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, complete requests and help resolve employee, manager and HR needs
  • Receive calls and answer inquiries via telephony and interactive voice response (IVR) technology
  • Utilize the case management system to document and escalate inquiries following both defined and undefined process steps to achieve required service level agreements
  • Educate employees on HR services available and encourage employee and manager self-service
  • Actively identify and submit process improvement recommendations
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Special Projects and any other duties assigned by the manager

Required Skills:

Typically a minimum of 5+ years' experience in the customer service or HR fields and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling. Advanced degree and 2+ years related work experience.

  • Experience in one or more customer service tools i.e. Salesforce CRM, Enterprise version 5 or Workday
  • Experience providing support to customers including managers and HR
  • Knowledge of simple and complex company and business unit policies and procedures
  • Comfortable speaking to all levels of an organization via telephone and interactive voice response (IVR) technology
  • Excellent customer service
  • US Citizen

Education Requirements:

Typically a bachelor's degree in liberal arts including Business Administration, Communication or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
