Join Our Team as a Workday HRIS Analyst!

Are you passionate about HR technology and looking for a dynamic opportunity to make a real impact? We are searching for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Human Resources team and play a key part in optimizing our HR operations using Workday’s cutting-edge HCM system.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the go-to expert for Workday HCM, maintaining modules like Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, and Talent.
• Build advanced and matrix reports to provide critical HR data insights across the organization.
• Configure and manage vital HCM business processes, keeping operations efficient and compliant.
• Oversee and maintain supervisory and location organization structures within Workday.
• Partner with the Manager of ERP Technology to design, configure, and implement new Workday functionalities.
• Validate and load EIBs across HR functions to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct regression testing for semi-annual Workday releases, ensuring seamless system updates.
• Monitor and resolve Workday-related issues using JIRA, maintaining smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant Human Resources experience, with hands-on Workday configuration expertise in at least two HCM modules.
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with a creative, solution-oriented approach.
• A strong sense of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Workday Pro Certification is a bonus but not required.
