What We Are Looking For:

Bandwidth has an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented Workday HRIS Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team. The successful candidate will be eager to roll up their sleeves in an innovative environment partnering with end users, IT teams, and HR professionals to provide technical support via ticketing and project management systems, analyze issues to perform impact assessments and troubleshooting, as well as participate in user acceptance testing for system releases and feature enhancements. This role is based at our headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day to day operational support to business and end users related to use and maintenance of Workday
  • Create test scenarios and conduct end-to-end testing of processes related to Workday feature releases and other new functionality as needed 
  • Document key processes and reference guides to ensure consistency and enable user self service
  • Effectively prioritizes workload comprised of both transactional and project-based tasks
  • Create, maintain, schedule, and share reports as needed

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or related field
  • Proven attention to detail, a desire to thoroughly understand system design and understand the short and long term impact of those decisions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate well with others, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Workday ecosystem as an end user or HRIS Analyst
  • Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and understand and maintain HR data security
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to partner with team members to gather requirements; solid ability to understand those requirements and translate them into solutions
  • Ability to work with little supervision; takes initiative
  • Must be organized, dependable and detail oriented as well as have the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work on multiple parallel assignments using organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with running system reporting, utilizing tools such as Workday or other HRIS systems strongly preferred
  • Experience developing both internal and end user documentation strongly preferred 
  • Experience in user acceptance testing strongly preferred 
  • 1+ years of experience as a HRIS Analyst or similar role strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with Workday strongly preferred
  • Familiar with Workday modules like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Security Groups, Absence Management, Performance, Learning, Talent Management and Time Tracking strongly preferred
  • Expertise in developing basic Workday Reports (e.g., Advanced, Matrix)
  • Ability to drive results, collaborating across teams to provide technical and process solutions to solve critical business needs
