Job Description
Primary Purpose
This WORKDAY HRIS Analyst role is responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, Cornerstone On Demand, or other assigned portfolio assets). Act as business partner with the HR global organization by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support. Responsible for gathering requirements, providing level 1 support, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Performs WORKDAY configuration for assigned area under the direction of senior team members.
- Responsible for assisting with Data Management activities including performing data audits and manual cleanup work.
- Responsible for the creating and maintenance of custom reports under the direction of senor team members.
- Provide support for assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other assigned portfolio assets) for major releases. Participate in regression testing and introduction of required changes as new releases are introduced. Assist and provide Level 1 Support on HR production issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements - Education/Experience
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Required: 2 or more years of experience and knowledge in the HRIS field including a background/education in both technology and human resources - focused on Workday
This role can be remote, hybrid or in person to our beautiful headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts. The pay range is $75-95K yearly.
