NOTE - This is a temporary/contract position with the possibility of becoming full time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and maintain production Workday and related systems’ inbound and outbound integrations

  • Manage and remediate issues and tickets with IT, internal units or external vendors as needed to resolve errors

  • Engage with Talent Technology SME, business leaders, other support teams, and vendors to gather, create, or interpret detailed and clear integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life cycle

  • Develop integrations according to best practices and development standards, triaging and prioritizing defects, escalating issues that affect development progress or quality, and reporting overall status and risks to leadership

  • Coordinate test planning and execution with related Vendors and system owners, ensure identified defects are resolved in a timely fashion, establish production approval, and perform production deployment

  • Maintaining integration related requirements and technical documentation

What You Have:

  • Knowledge of the following Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Integration, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking and Absence and Advanced Reporting

  • Hands-on configuration experience  for Absence, Time tracking, integration, and Payroll

  • Understanding of Workday Studio and BIRT report templates preferred

  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HCMS providers, vendors, and technology

  • Effectively influences and collaborates with the Talent/HR team to deliver valuable tools and impact across the organization

  • EIB load and creation

  • Creation of Advanced, Custom, and BIRT reports

  • Studio, Cloud Connectors, Core Connectors, CCB, PICOF, PECI
