Workday Integrations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Specialist to join our New York team, which currently uses Workday to support the firm's global Infrastructure and Technology teams. The person in this role will help the firm to optimize processes and provide scale through automation of Workday tasks and information. The platform’s flexibility and performance are critical for the firm’s continued success.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Design and build integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems using Workday technologies such as Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services, etc.
• Perform ongoing maintenance/regression of live integrations and provide support for stakeholder service requests on a daily basis
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new integrations in alignment with evolving business needs and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful release and user adoption
• Recommend improvement opportunities and continuously innovate across the Workday platform and company systems infrastructure

• 3+ years of integration development and support experience with Workday
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Cloud Connectors, Document Transformation, and BIRT
• Expertise in data transformation languages including XSLT, XTT/ETV
• Strong understanding of Workday SOAP and REST web service directories and related security domains (preferably in Financial Management domains)
• Familiarity with XML and JSON preferred
• Computer Science degree/previous development experience a plus (but not required)
• Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Mature, trustworthy, and discreet, with an understanding of and appreciation for the importance of confidentiality in this role
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to build relationships
• Knowledge of Workday Extend is an added benefit
• Fluency in English required
