The Impact You Will Make:

• Serve as liaison between the People team and the Global People Technology team.
• Collaborate on the design, development and performance of our HCM system, Workday.
• Analyze user requirements to recommend and implement enhancements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Conduct end to end testing to identify and mitigate impacts prior to change being moved to production.
• Lead, test and execute EIBs by partnering with the appropriate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain data fields, and conduct regular audits to increase data integrity.
• Create Workday resources, and lead training to drive system adoption and best practices.
• Build and modify custom reports to support business strategy and initiatives.
• Partner with the Global People Technology team on People Team Workday roadmap outlining key areas of improvement, while driving planning and execution.
• Provide operational support to Workday modules including Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Advance Compensation, Time, Absence, Talent and Payroll.
• Work closely with People Team COEs to proactively support global and local HR Workday project initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize HR administration processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience. Identify opportunities for automation and standardization.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Workday experience with a demonstrated ability to implement and optimize functionality across multiple modules.
• Project management experience with the ability to scope, plan and execute objectives
• Experience leading change management to drive system adoption and best practices.
• Ability to communicate and partner effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.
• High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
